Row becomes boon for Nikitha

It is reported that the controversies surrounding Kannada actress Nikitha's ban by the Kannada industry, inturn is proving a boon for the actress. Kollywood industry feels that Nikitha who recently got an offer to act as heroine against the young sensational Karthi was due to the row. In the film directed by Suraj in which Karthi is hero, Nikitha will be paired opposite him along with Anushka.

It is rumored that controversies uplifted her value and she got the role. Karthi is now acting in the film `Sakuni' and after the completion of the project, shooting for the new film would begin. The film portrays both urban and rural life. Anushka would be the modern heroine and Nikitha the village girl. Nikitha express her happiness over the role.

Though Nikitha essayed good roles, including one in Saroja, she had not gained attention that other leading actresses achieved. So she concentrated more on Kannada films. With Karthi film she is expecting a re-entry in Tamil.
